Mama Yoga

Take some time out for you to stretch, relax and connect with your baby as well as meet other Mamas on this beautiful journey. Whether it’s your first or your fifth baby yoga can benefit you during your pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I like to think these groups are more than just another class but also a little community for Mamas to support each other through this incredibly amazing but also challenging time.

Pregnancy Yoga

I completed my initial Pregnancy Yoga training with Beverley Nolan at CamYOGA in 2013 and more recently trained with Sally Parkes Yoga in both Pregnancy and Advanced Postnatal in 2023.

​After personally experiencing the deep connection between yoga and pregnancy throughout all 3 of my babies - especially during birth - and also postnatally, I’m so happy to offer you the tools that will help guide you through this special time with positivity, breath, mantras and movement.

This weekly class is not just a place for the physical practice of yoga but also a way to find that deeper connection with your body and your baby as well as establish a feeling of community within the group as we support each other week to week with an open minded, nurturing space and an opportunity to share as little or as much as you like.

Mama & Bub Yoga

My weekly Postnatal Yoga classes are for both you as a Mama and for your little bub to enjoy together.

We’ll use songs, gentle movement, mantras and breathwork to engage with babies and help them develop body awareness, language and positive connection at the same time as getting to move yourself and then finish the session with a joint relaxation.

It’s totally fine to feed/change/cuddle your bub throughout the class.

If you have had a belly birth, forceps/ventouse, I would advise you to wait until 10 weeks postpartum to join classes just so everything can have time to start healing well. Please do contact me with any questions or queries before booking if you need to.

Mamas & Movers Yoga

This class is the next stage on from Mama + Bub… once your baby wants to try and get on the move or is already happy to let you do a bit more moving :)

We focus more on Yoga for You and allow the little ones to move around and play as we practise!

Bring some toys for your tot and a yoga mat for you and we’ll work on strengthening (ramping it up a little from M+B) stretching and “relaxation”.

Suitable from crawling ish to early walkers :)
