Yin Yang Flow 7.30-8.30pm
A balance of both Yin and Yang energy in this session, we begin with around 20 minutes of gentle flow to shake things up a bit and get any stagnant energy from the day moving, before settling into the yin side of the practice with a handful of poses to find stillness and peace. Suitable for all levels. Its handy to have a pillow/bolster and blanket and block or big book nearby for this session.
Pregnancy Yoga 7.30pm-8.45pm
Use gentle movement, breath work, mantra and relaxation techniques to help you to feel confident and relaxed during your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
We always start the class with a catch up on the week and any scans/updates/niggles to discuss so its also a great way to meet other Mamas to be while still staying safe at home...and you can always float straight to bed afterwards!
Mama & Bubba Yoga 11am
A yoga session for both you and your bub to enjoy together. Suitable from 6/8 week checkup to crawling (ish)
We'll use songs, gentle movement, mantras and breathwork to engage with babies and help them develop body awareness, language and positive connection at the same time as getting to move yourself and then finish the session with a joint relaxation. Its totally fine to feed/change/cuddle your bub throughout the class. Also a great way to stay connected to a community of other Mamas online while staying safe at home.
Dynamic Flow 9.30am
A playful Vinyasa Flow class, designed to wake you up with positive energy and continue into your day with high vibes.
We move dynamically in and out of a variety of poses using the breath to guide us and focus on core strength, balance and moving with intention.
Always options for everyone, be prepared to feel warm and get your heart pumping :)
If you fancy something a little more focused I also offer outdoor private classes in the privacy of your own home / holiday accommodation / yoga on the beach in accordance with government guidelines: max 5 per session and 2m distance rule.
