I originally completed my Pregnancy Yoga training with CamYOGA in 2013 but it's only really since having my own babies (first in May 2017, second in February 2019 and third in January 2021) I've felt such a passion for sharing pregnancy yoga techniques with Mamas to be.

After personally experiencing the deep connection between yoga and pregnancy, especially during birth and also postnatally, I'm so happy to offer you the tools that will help guide you through this special time with positivity, breath, mantras and movement. 

This weekly class is not just a place for the physical practice of yoga but also a way to find that deeper connection with your body and your baby as well as establish a feeling of community within the group as we support each other week to week with an open minded, nurturing space and an opportunity to share as little or as much as you like. So important especially as we navigate pregnancy and motherhood amongst the pandemic times.
